How do you photograph weddings?

Being part of your journey leading up to the wedding day is something I truly cherish. I love helping you plan the perfect timing for your couple portraits, making the most of natural light, and getting little glimpses of your day through photos of your dress, shoes, or invitations.

On the big day, my goal is to document everything as it naturally unfolds — the emotions, the energy, the quiet in-between moments, and all the beautiful details that make your wedding completely your own. That’s why I focus on non-traditional, relaxed weddings that celebrate authenticity and connection.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m based in Decatur, IL — and yes, I absolutely love to travel! If you’d like me to photograph your story outside of the area, a travel fee may apply depending on the location. That said, I always do my best to find the most budget-friendly travel options because exploring new places fuels my creativity and brings fresh inspiration to every shoot.

When will we get our photos?

You’ll receive a private online gallery with all your edited photos within 2 to 4 months after your wedding — often sooner, depending on the season. From the gallery, you can download your images, share them with friends and family, mark your favorites, and even order high-quality prints directly.

How many pictures will we receive?

For an 8-hour wedding coverage, you can expect to receive between 400 and 600 fully edited images. I focus on quality over quantity, carefully selecting the most meaningful and impactful photos that best tell the story of your day.
